Welcome to this year’s version of the Canucks Army Weekly Prospect Report. Much like last year, the intent is for a weekly post covering all of the latest in Canucks prospect news. This year we are going to slightly change the format and try and do two weekly posts: one covering the Comets and all news related to them; and a second post on non-Comets prospects. This would be the first post in the non-Comets’ prospects news.
With all the recent changes in staff here at Canucks Army, I was able to make the top blogger line up out of camp as I enter the second year on my EBC (Entry-Blogger Contract). While I did not disappear in the summer, there was simply little prospect news to report since no one was playing. Pivoted by Thats_Offside I fully intend to give 110% on every post, to keep my text short and take each week post by post.
Without much further adieu, read past the jump for the latest in prospects news:

ECHL
The ECHL has officially merged with the old Central Hockey League (where Corbeil bounced around last season). I suspect there will be a few Comets’ to be cut and assigned here. This league does not begin until the end of October once the AHL rosters start to be finalized.
Poor, poor Cederholm. The Winterhawks have looked like a pile of garbage with all their top players at NHL camps.
Which led to a great experience for Royals fans, watching the Royals beat the Winterhawks 6-2.
I’m glad they gave you a reason to cheer. Is Crunk still on the team? I need his jersey.
“without much further adieu” should be “without much further ado”. kthxbye.
Awsome post
Here’s a to Forslings stats if you wish to check before future posts
