Jordan Schroeder has been putting up points recently. Will he carry on?
After their tough end to November, the Wolves really look to be righting the ship, having won 5 of their last 6 games. The coming week features 4 games, giving them an opportunity to make a real push upwards from their current 7th-place Western Conference position.

Things are on the move here at the army. Today we launch a new column, "Rising Action", where CA contributor Patrick Johnston takes aim at the hockey media, both through a Canucks lens and with a view to the league as a whole...read on!
Saturday's Canucks takedown of a resurgent Leafs squad wasn't the only entertainment on offer for hockey fans, they also had the pleasure of witnessing Glenn Healy and company out do themselves. The Wolves re-found their scoring touch over the past week but the goalies still had to be spectacular. Chris Neil is amazing! He's driving everyone nuts! Who cares that his team is down 3-0 - let's talk about him!
Saturday night was a backwards triumph for the evil Canuck narrative. Instead of telling us why they were systematically disassembling the Senators, the brilliant collection of commentators at Hockey Night in Canada instead chose to spin a tale of aggravation and aggression. Chris Neil running around is exciting. Clinical precision is not.

The old cliche 'consistently inconsistent' is once again in view. The Wolves were rolling through November, looking like they'd found their form. Apparently the end of the month is a bad thing for them. A poor finish to the last month was reinforced by a couple more bad showing last weekend.
