Henrik Sedin has become the first Canuck, and 85th player to reach 1000 points in the NHL. 

On a goal in the 2nd period against Roberto Luongo, Henrik moved into the 1000 point club. Daniel with the assist, as it was meant to be.

As you may know, Henrik Sedin is very close to a career milestone. He is close to joining an elite list of players to score 1000 points in the NHL, and even more rare is that he's done it all with one team. Vancouver has a love for the Sedin Twins that dates back nearly 20 years, and that means there are plenty of moments that they have used to put their stamp on Vancouver's fabric. Canucks Army Roundtable: Where They Stand

The Canucks have performed a bit better than people expected. They've been in more games, their defense has improved and their wild card players (Baertschi, Granlund etc.) have performed as well or better than expected. Coupled with the highly competitive Western Conference, the Canucks are right in the thick of things for a wild card spot.

The NHL is now in their 100th year, and to mark the occasion, they're going out with the old and in with the new. Since the 2007-08 season, Reebok has been the uniform provider of the NHL, but that will all change a decade later, as Adidas will be taking over for the 2017-18 campaign.
