The Vancouver Canucks scored a whopping 3 goals this week! As I’m sure you can imagine, it’s hard to rank a team of players that generate so little. This week is full of moral victories, like guys having their teammates' backs and Daniel Sedin not being out long term with a concussion.

The Canucks have not been fun to watch thus far. This is probably because they are not a very good hockey team. Luckily, they are good at other things! For example, they are good at playing fun games of soccer with their friends and they are good at inviting dogs to watch them play hockey. So at least there's that.

Remember last week when the Canucks were fun and scored goals? Those were the days. They played three times this week and scored twice. It’s hard to separate the “meh” from the “ugh” and the “yikes” from the “yawn”, but at least Troy Stecher is around.

Canucks Army Postgame: Capital Punishment

Coming off of their first regulation loss of the season, the Canucks returned to Rogers Arena Tuesday night to face Erik Karlsson and the Ottawa Senators. It’s always fun to watch a game-changing defenseman and Troy Stecher did very well in his debut. In fact, his neat breakouts and crisp passes were probably the Canucks’ best plays of the game! Aside from Stecher, there aren't too many positives to take from this game for Vancouver, who came up goalless against the Sens.
