As an oil fan,trust me, AV would be snapped up as coach the same day the canucks let him go. Also, the kings are sweating. The rest of Canada is sweating. Unfortunately, I smell a comeback, but what do I know, my team blows (now but not much longer)
Alain, don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out!!!
The Canucks HAD a 1 in 55 chance of coming back. But now they're only down 3-1, so their odds have improved to about 1 in 10. (24 of the 253 teams down 3-1 have come back.)
Also, in 1975 the New York Islanders were in the Western Conference, then called the Clarence Campbell Conference.
So, to quote the immortal words of Jim Carey in Dumb and Dumber, you're telling me that the Canucks have a chance then?
@Bart : I realize they are now down 3-1 but all those teams that came back were never down 3-0 in a series.
@Matthew Henderson -
Actually, it does not matter what they WERE. If you flipped a head last time it doesn't change your odds of flipping another head THIS time (in an individual trial). Their odds change on a day to day basis the same way poker odds change with each card that comes out of the deck...your odds of winning the hand at the beginning change based on the cards that come onto the table.

You guys don't quite grasp what I'm saying. This infographic is based on the fact the Canucks haven't played game 4 yet. I got it off late.
