GREAT NEWS! It looks like Tanner Glass has joined twitter! It's unverified, so it's best to be a bit wary, but it looks legitimate to me. Go follow him by following this link here.
The Canucks - like many in the media - are slowly returning to work. Great news, I was getting pretty damn tired of summer. Just think about it: next weekend we'll have NFL football, then on Tuesday NHL2012 will be released, and then we'll all be live-streaming the prospects tourney and gawking at Sebastian Erixon's skill with the puck. Can. Not. Wait.
Gordon McIntyre catches up with Samuelsson to talk about the Canucks chances this season. Samuelsson also drops an odd line that causes the good folks at PassittoBulis to smear the Swede as a "pacifist."
Speaking of passittobulis - Harrison Mooney was interviewed late last week by Kukla's Corner, and the result is pretty damn funny. Harrison's answer to "How did you get into hockey" is ridiculous.

Global News is reporting that the Vancouver Police are launching a new website to help identify game 7 rioters. Sounds from the report like the press is getting pretty anxious about charging some of these jack-asses for their roles in the evening of looting that followed game 7.
And finally, Alix Wright has a ridiculous and hilarious explanation of what a day in the life of a Canucks fan is like. This post is an illuminating attempt to humanize the rank, horned creatures who have decided to root for Vancouver's pro hockey team.
